Dr Mark Wenitong, Senior Medical Officer, Lecturer
Dr Wenitong is the Senior Medical Officer at Wuchopperen Health Service, Cairns, and is immediate past President of the Australian Indigenous Doctors Association. Along with his responsibilities and leadership at Wuchopperen Health Service he is:

- Chair, Andrology Australia Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Refernce Group
- Member NHMRC National Health Committee
- Member NHMRC Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Reference Committee
- Board Member- Australian Institute of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Studies and
- Adjunct Lecturer, James Cook University Faculty of Medicine, Health and Molecular Sciences.
